Obituary of WRAGG – Lucy Joan

August 20, 1919 – June 18, 2011 We are sad to announce the passing of Joan Wragg on June 18, 2011 at the age of 91 years. Joan was a member of Noami Lodge No. 132 of the Ladies Orange Benevolent Association since 1977 and was honoured to serve as Past Mistress. She was also a Past Matron of Manitou Chapter No. 46 of the O.E.S. Watrous, Saskatchewan. Joan was an Honorary Life Member of Medicine Hat and District Association for Retarded Children, which was the organization she was instrumental in founding. She was also an active member of the Anglican- Catholic Parish of Christ the King. Joan will be lovingly remembered by son James Marle Wragg, resident of Michener Centre; niece Jaye-Dee Whitehill and her children Jessica, Eric, and Kyle; niece Vicki (Pat) Chambers and their sons Alexander, Noel, and Joshua; and her nephew Raymond Bradshaw. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Archie, dear daughter Marlene; parents Jacob and Selina Bradshaw, and her brother James Bradshaw. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
