Obituary of NAMESPETRO – Linda

January 1, 1916 – June 14, 2011 We are sad to announce the passing of Linda Namespetro of Calgary on June 14, 2011 at the age of 95 years. Linda was born January 1, 1916 in Kingman, Alberta and raised in Crossfield. The Namespetro family resided in High River until 1959 when they moved to Calgary. Linda is survived by her children Margaret (Don) Coutu, Helen, Gordon (Cynthia) Namespetro; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brother Frank Trca; sister Dorothy Wylie and seven nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband George, February 24, 1993; her first-born grandchild Blaine Coutu, September 2, 1998; brother George Trca; and her parents Frank and Grace Trca. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank Lena and family for enclosing Linda and George within their family circle the past thirty-five years. Thank you for the care and friendship given to Mom at Bethany Care Centre by Dr. Addison, Tricia, the R.N.’s, L.P.N.’s, and Nursing Caregivers. Our thanks are extended to all the staff on Third South and to the residents for your kindness shown to Mom during her stay at Bethany. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to a charity of your choice.
