Obituary of SCHONFELD – Markus Mark Andrew

January 9, 1962 – June 14, 2011 Markus “Mark” Andrew Schonfeld beloved husband of Maggie of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the age of 49 years. Mark was born in Calgary and had a lengthy career as a heavy duty mechanic, most recently at Bison Transport. Throughout his career, Mark developed many close friendships. Mark enjoyed the simple things in life, like being at home, joking around, watching wrestling and taking road trips with his family and long rides on his motorcycle. Mark was a devoted Dad who took great pride in his boys. He also loved his Bulldog Betty. He will be remembered for his off colour humour which he openly shared with everyone. He was deeply loved and will be remembered always. Besides his loving wife Maggie, Mark is survived by two sons Maclane and Mason; mother Ruth; brother David; mother-in-law Norma; and many extended family members.
