Obituary of BARTKO – Adrienne Marie

February 5, 1919 – May 26, 2011 We are sad to announce that Adrienne Bartko a mother, grandmother and friend passed away on May 26, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Adrienne will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Jean Bartko, Elaine Chambers and Carol Evans (Glen); her five grandchildren, Randi Horricks (Mike), Rachelle Yuzik (Greg), Tyler Evans, Jason Chambers (fiancé, Kaytee), Cody Chambers and great grandchild, Austyn Evans including numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her surviving sisters, Theresa Morris, Alice Sommerville and Marie Vance and her brothers, Roland, Alec, Leo and Robert Toutant including many dear friends. Adrienne was predeceased by her partner, Peter Bartko (1914 – 1989), sisters, Suzanne Lunt and Irene Perry; brothers, Jim, Gerry and Fernie Toutant and grandchild, Raylea Evans. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church (2223 – 34th Street S.W.) on May 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with refreshments to follow. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to Holy Name Catholic Church building fund.
