Obituary of MELGRAVE – Anthony Paul

November 16, 1926 – May 23, 2011 We sadly announce the passing of Dr. Anthony Paul Melgrave, who died peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Hospital on May 23, 2011 at the age of 84. Dr. Anthony was born and raised in London, England. After serving a tour of duty in the British Military, he pursued a career in medicine as an anaesthesiologist. Dr. Anthony worked firstly in the U.S., then in Saskatchewan, before putting down permanent roots in Calgary, AB in the mid 50’s. He pursued his career diligently until retiring in 1986. Outside of work Tony was a strong lover and supporter of the performing arts, gardening, travelling and his model railway. Tony is survived by his son Ben, his dear friend Judy, and other close friends and supporters he met through out his life.
