Obituary of Gladys Josephine MARTINEZ

April 24, 1943 – May 20, 2011 Gladys Martinez of Bergen, Alberta passed away on Friday, May 20, 2011 at the age of 68 years. Gladys gave the gift of her heart to everyone. She presented herself as a symbol of strength and perseverance. Her warmth and grace will be remembered as a shining example to all who knew her. Gladys will be sadly missed by her daughter Teresa Edwards; granddaughters, Nicole (Ryan) Turnbull and Kaylee Edwards, and her great-granddaughter Maddison Turnbull. She will also be missed by her brothers and sisters, Brian (Dorothy) Youngberg, Roy (Renie) Youngberg, Brenda Irish (Keith), June Patmore, Ruth Couldwell, Dolores (Jerry) Jaeger, Mel (Shelley) Youngberg and Alf Youngberg and their families. Gladys was predeceased by her parents, Cora and Douglas Youngberg, and her brother Harold Youngberg.
