Dear Otto, Lynne, Debbie & Janel,

We were shocked to hear of Val’s passing. Only were in touch a few times over the years. Lynn, my husband went to school with Val, and I grew to know her too. We all shared in some good times back then, and raised our boys at the same time. I know how much all of her family meant to her and she will always be remembered by all those whose life she touched. Through all of her struggles, she kept smiling and her laugh made others around her smile too.

I am so sorry we did not know of her passing or we would have been at her funeral.

I am truly thankful for the good times spent with Val. I will cherrish her frienship forever, she made a huge impact on lives she touched.
