Obituary of VIDICEK – Bozidar Teddor Darko

February 1, 1929 – May 12, 2011 Bozidar Teddor “Darko” Vidicek beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and master craftsman, passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Rockyview Hospital on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the age of 82 years. Bozidar was born in 1929 in Croatia. He brought his family to Canada in 1957 to provide a better life for them. He first arrived in Montreal and later moved to Calgary where he became a builder. In spite of being retired, he was never without a project to help build something for his family. He left behind his wife of sixty-three years, Mira and daughter Liliane. He survived a wonderful son Kris. In the last few years, he rejoiced in the time he spent with his beloved grandson Karl and his wife April Vidicek. Most of all, he cherished the time spent with his great-grandchildren, Brooke and Christopher.
