Obituary of ESPOSITO – Adelina

December 1, 1918 – May 5, 2011 Adelina Esposito, beloved wife of the late Raffaele Esposito, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Adelina was born in San Giacomo di Cerzeto, Cosenza, Italy. She and Raffaele Esposito were married in 1940 and immigrated to Canada in 1954. Adelina is survived by her son Carlo and daughter-in-law Kathy; daughter–in-law Marge Esposito of Airdrie; grandchildren, Adam (Monique) and Matthew (Natalie) of Calgary, Anna (Charlie) Lupo of Toronto, Rick (Irene) Esposito of Airdrie, and Marco (Holly) of Lethbridge; and great grandchildren, Larissa and Alessandro Lupo, Charles, Henry, Cody, Brandon, Stephanie, and Tyler Esposito, and Trinity. She was predeceased by her son Mario; husband Raffaele; brothers, Francesco, Ercole, Adolfo, and Consolvo; and her sister Filomenia. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at Corpus Christi Catholic Church (Corner of 4th Street and Northmount Drive N.W.) on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
