I will be thinking of you all on May 19. I wish I could be there to say farewell to Edith. She was a special person. May the tree planted in her memory grow & prosper, reaching it’s limbs toward the sky. You will always have this memory, as a tree is planted as a sign of LOVE.

Dear Garry,

I was saddened to see that your dear and sweet Edith passed away on May 2nd 2011. I hope your many happy memories of times spent together will bring you some peace and happiness..maybe Edith and my Mom Dorie Steed(who passed away April 26th 2010 and my Dad Alex will be together in Heaven having a nice cup of tea together…. Thoughts and prayers are sent to the family of Edith, from the McCallum Families from Manitoba. May you all be touched and surrounded by God’s presence to give you the strength and courage to get through this difficult time. We have lost contact with you all, and so wish to get that back. Our hearts are heavy with the news of Edith’s passing. She was a wonderful, caring and gracious person. She will always be with us in our memories and we will miss her. Our deepest sympathy to Garry and Edith’s family. You are all a testiment to her life and her legacy.
