Obituary of HARVEY – Marlene Carol Anne

December 24, 1958 – April 16, 2011 Marlene (Marly) Harvey passed away peacefully, with her family beside her, after suffering a massive heart attack, on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the age of 52 years. Marly will be missed terribly by her beloved husband Jerry; her sister Sandra; her sisters-in-law, Ruth, Sue, Janie, and Penny; her brothers-in-law, Jake, Dennis and Doug. Marly was a devoted aunt and will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas (1974) and Jean (2008); her brothers, Danny (2005) and Jack (2008). Marly’s greatest passion in life was her dogs. She was deeply devoted to her “fur kids” and the depths of her love for them knew no bounds. Her passing has left a huge void in the lives of Token, Promise, Callie, Dana, and Dex. Marly moved to Calgary from Toronto in the fall of 1981. She quickly fell in love with the majestic beauty of the province, embracing her new home.
