Condolences
I only heard of Pete’s death after the funeral & was devastated as was Jodi. We wish we had been at the service. Pete was always a good friend & will be missed by many here in Vulcan. So sorry for your loss.
Gille, Ness and family. I loved “Pete my sweet”, and am just so sad to hear of her passing. I only heard yesterday and wish more than anything that I could have been there for you. Know that I am thinking of you, Rolland and the girls. I send our love.
Gille & Vanessa
Sorry to hear of you loss. Your Mom was a lovely lady.
Sorry about your loss Gille, I always remember your house on main street of Vulcan.
“Toutes les fleurs finissent un jour par faner, mourir, et disparaître. Par contre, leur parfum reste à tout jamais. Exactement comme ces superbes fleurs, les gens que nous aimons ne meurent jamais, ils demeurent en notre compagnie pour toujours, bien encrés dans nos souvenirs précieux.”

Denis, Gerald, Gille and families. I will always remember the sparkle in your Mom’s eye, especially when all her kids were around and the house was full of laughter. Both your parents were kind and generous people, as were Roger and Daura. I miss them all.
May you find comfort knowing she has joined them in eternal peace.
With love and laughter,
Sylvia
Your Mom could just light up a room and make you smile with her contagious laughter and fun-loving sense of humor. We were saddened to hear of her passing and we send you our deepest sympathies. We will not be able to attend the service, but please know that you all will be in our thoughts and prayers.
Love
Allan, Jackie, Landon & Avery Douville
Aunty Pete, I’m going to miss our visits in Vulcan; sitting next to you in church; your Sunday morning brunches and long talks. I wish I had your tomato soup recipe. No one elses tasted as good as yours.
Until we meet again in Heaven, Linda
How saddened we are to loss Auntie Pete. I remember so fondly going to Auntie Pete and Uncle Ernie’s for dinners and “really fun” visits with the cousins. She made the best fresh pineapple and whipping cream dessert! Auntie Pete always greeted you with a hug! We will miss her and send you all the love in the world. Know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Love Antoinnette, Russell, Sienna and Tia

Sincere condolences to Denis, Gerald, Gille and your families. A mother is always very SPECIAL
Cousins Henry and Aline
We were sorry to see the passing of your mother in the Herald this morning folks. You may not remember us, but I worked with your father Ernie in Vulcan in 1962 as an electrician for Wilson and Giles, and we always visited with Pete and Ernie. I loved her coffee, it was the best in the world. I am sorry to hear about Daura and Rodger too, you were all great kids. We have lived in Lethbridge since 1970, and visited once shortly after Ernie found out about his Cancer. We will miss them all for ever.
Best wishes to everyone in good health.
Don and Olga
