Condolences
Grant, Paul and Kelsey,
We had the chance to meet Michele as Grant was the coach for our daughter for an Okotoks girls soccer team a few years ago. As a “soccer mom”, Michele attended Kelsey’s games regularly. Sitting on the bench beside her and Paul while supporting our girls’ team, it was easy to know that she was a very kind, soft-spoken person who loved her children and was invested in their well being. We are so sorry to have read that she left you all so young and pray for you to be comforted now and in the future. Your precious connection with your wife and your mom is yours always. People and circumstances come and go, but your connection in spirit will always be inseparable until you meet again.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you Grant, Paul and Kelsey. Memories of Michele are held near and may you find comfort in your time of sorrow. Steve, Wendy, Stephanie and Scott.
Grant, Paul, Kelsey:
Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Michele was incredible. A shining star, always positive and giving. Her star now shines in heaven watching over you, her family. How sad the world is for the loss of a truly kind and wonderful person.
Our deepest regrets, Wally and Lorraine
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Grant, Paul and Kelsey we were so sorry to hear of Michele’s passing. One of our memories is how Michele was always so positive through her illness. She always had a smile and kind words to say. She will be missed by so many. God Bless.
Ron, Bernadette, Alex, Emma and Rebecca
Our hearts are saddened with Michele’s passing and our world will be less with out her. I am very lucky to have known her, and enjoyed all our chats and many many soccer games together. Grant, you and Michele have done a wonderful job raising and guiding your children and what wonderful young adults they have become. You have mentioned her smile on many occasions and seeing her photo again brings back floods of wonderful times. Please know there is not a day that goes by that we don’t think of you and our heartfelt sympathy to you, Grant and the kids.
Dearest Grant, Paul and Kelsey,
We have known you as great neighbours, and as wonderful supportive friends. Our thoughts go out to you in your time of grief. Just like Michele said to me at the hospice ” I love and adore you, you are wonderful friends”, even then she was thinking of others, as she lay with a warm smile upon her face listening to the chickadees outside.
Just know we are always there for all of you! If there is anything don’t hesitate to call. You could say we are neighbours again!!! You live so close. Drop in sometime.
Richard, Liat, and Marissa

One of my strongest memories of Michelle was that she always had a smile on her face. I realize how difficult this time must be for you, Paul, Kelsey, and your entire family. I will be thinking of all of you and remembering her fondly.
Grant, Paul, Kelsey,
I wish you strength, love and the power to continue. My heart goes out to all of you.
We are so sorry to hear of Michele’s passing. Glen was her school bus driver when she was going to school in Weldon. He remembers when the snow was so deep in the winter carrying her from the house to the bus & from the bus to the house after school. Michele was a model student on the bus. We send our love & prayers to her family & extended family.
Michele will be missed by all those who knew her. My condolences to Grant, Paul and Kelsey. Stay strong and remember the good times, of which I’m sure there are many.
