Obituary of BERNARD – Florence Joyce

November 14, 1923 – March 27, 2011 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Florence Joyce Bernard on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at the age of 87 years. Florence was a beautiful, caring and loving person who enriched the lives of her family and friends. Florence was born in Kingsclear, NB and also lived in Montreal, QC for thirty two years before moving to Calgary in 1963. She will be remembered and forever cherished by her daughter Suzanne and son-in law Gerry Lonnberg and grandchildren Samuel, Matthew and Erica. She is also survived by one sister (Anne) and brother-in law Gerry Lavoie and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph (“Joe”) and six sisters (Bernice, Jean, Charlotte, Dorothy, Frederica, Georgina) and one brother (William). The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Sy Lam, the staff at Cedars Villa (Poplar Unit) and Cindy for all of the wonderful care given to Florence.
