Obituary of FOX – Jack Mitchell

September 29, 1960 – March 27, 2011 Jack Fox, was called home by our Creator on March 27, 2011 at the age of 50 years. Jack was a real cowboy at heart. At a young age he rodeoed in the events, of saddle bronc, calf roping and team roping. After retiring from rodeo due to illness, he continued his passion to ride, hunt, train and breed horses and chase wild horses through the wilderness. Living close to nature and horseback through the mountains was his version of heaven on earth. Jack leaves to mourn his children; sons Dennis (Naomi), Joe (Juanita), Boyce (Joaney), Devin (Kelsi), and Slade; daughters Jacie, Amanda (Troy) ; brothers Wilfred (Mary), Clayton, Brian and Clifford (Bernadette); sisters Irene, Shirley , Mary Ann, Harriett, Karen (Harry), Jennifer (Bruce), Marilyn and Delia; Uncle Charlie (Helen); Aunt Frances, grandchildren Kyra, Japeth, Tiara, Lorin, Emma Jo, Sage, Doc, Judis, John-Lee, Britney, Gracie, Georgia, Lita, and Lexi; Sister-in-laws Margery (Barry) , Jeanette (Vidal) ; brother-in-laws Arthur , and numerous relatives of the Rabbit, Fox, Twoyoungmen, Kaquitts, , Crawler, Powderface, Bearspaw, Labelle, Poucette, Hunter, Wildman, Dixon, Abraham, Baptiste, Wesley families of Morley, Eden Valley, Big Horn and Hobbema. We apologize if we have missed anyone. Jack was predeceased by his grandparents, Jacob Rabbit (1990), Agnes (1976), Father Joe (1979), Mother Jessie (1998), brothers Barney (1981), Joe (1981), Ken (1998), Reg (2001), brother-in-law Ralph (2001), Auntie Gladys and Clara, cousin Ken Daniels (1993), grandchildren Lily (2005), and Rain (2008). Family would like to thank the Stoney Health Centre. Nurse Rebecca and the Tom Baker Unit Foothills ICU Team for the care and support of Jack. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Jack Fox (Morley, AB) on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 and Thursday March 31, 2011. Funeral Services will be held at Morley United Church (Morley, AB) on Friday April 1, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Wesley Cemetery (Morley, AB).
