Dear Brian, Yvette and Tania…
We are so sad to hear of the passing of your mom, she will be missed. She touched everyone around her, especially my mom. Mom and Dad — Margaret and Peder Christensen, have known Chantal for 48 years, and lasting friendships such as this is deep, and everlasting. My mom would always tell me about what Chantal was up to in her busy life. She talked about Brian, and her girls with sparkle and love. Mom hung Chantal’s paintings in her home and made sure that all visitors knew who painted them, exclaiming with pride of her good friend’s talents. My dad, Peder, felt like Chantal was a sister to him, and they always talked at length during all these years they have been friends. I will remember your mom as an awesome cook and an artist. Above all, I will remember her as a great mother. Stay strong, and talk about your mom to all, even though she is gone now, as this will keep her alive in our hearts and memories.
