Obituary of MUZZO – Genoveffa

November 13, 1922 – March 17, 2011 Genoveffa Muzzo (nee Peluso) of Calgary passed away peacefully amidst her family on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the age of 88 years. She was predeceased by her loving husband of fifty-nine years, Nicola Muzzo. Genoveffa was born in Pietramelara, Italy. Genoveffa is survived by and leaves to mourn her precious children, Rodolfo and Laurie Muzzo, Deacon Dante Muzzo, Carmela and Orlando Russo, and John and Anna Muzzo; as well as numerous grandchildren and extended family in Calgary and around the world. On this day, we do honour to our Mother, Grandmother, our Friend and our Dear Aunt Genoveffa. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (640 – 19th Avenue N.W.) on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Mausoleum.
