Obituary of KANGAS – Larry Warner

June 4, 1957 – March 17, 2011 Larry Kangas passed away March 17, 2011 at the age of 53 years, leaving behind his beloved wife of twenty-two years, Sharon and their amazing daughters Jessica and Sarah. He is also survived by his mother Gladys; father Warner; his siblings, Dennis Kangas, Jeannie MacDonald (Paul) and Glenn Kangas (Laurie); and numerous nieces and nephews. Larry was born in Edmonton on June 4, 1957 and graduated from St. Francis High School in Calgary in 1975. He attended the University of Calgary and graduated in 1981 with a BSc in Geophysics. He began his career at Canada Cities Service and worked in the oil and gas industry in various companies for years, where he made many life long friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (Corner of Northmount Drive & Northland Drive N.W.) on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. You may forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
