So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. We worked together, lived together and laughed together for a few years in Brandon.

It was a gift to have known June all these years through Carnmoney Golf Club. What good times we had golfing, playing Bunco and special events. Her beautiful, warm smile, hearty laugh and energy will always be remembered and cherished. My sincerest condolence to Richard and family.

Such a pleasure to have crossed paths with June. We met at the gym several years ago and shared coffee times, our “group therapy” sessions, after Saturday classes. Nothing brought her more joy then the people in her life and it was through them and with them that she derived all of her life’s meaning. Her presence and endearing optimism will be missed by all who knew her.

June, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

My name is Sue Tersmette and I am one of June’s “Spa Ladies”. We were all so sorry to hear of June’s diagnosis and quick passing – she will be missed at the gym. She came in the mornings always with a smile on her face ready to work. She was an inspiration to many of us when she successfully lost weight a couple of years ago and kept it off. The fact that she did an iron reps class less than 4 weeks before passing away is a testament to her motivation and dedication to her fitness and health. I always loved hearing her stories of summer in Manitoba, and I always got a kick out of watching her arms and legs get more and more tanned through the summer golf season; it was a good golf season when her ankles were stark white in October!

My thoughts are with you during this time – June will be missed.

We will sadly miss our friend “June Bug” and we all know she will be watching over us with that million dollar smile. God must be picking His teams for the Ryder Cup in Heaven…and as we all know when teams are chosen..the BEST are chosen first.!!! We all will leave this earth and when we do…June will be waiting for us on the 1st tee saying “C’mon..lets get going..how much are we playing for today!” We better not forget our wallets.
