Obituary of HART – Harris Maxwell

January 19, 1937 – February 24, 2011 Harris Hart passed away on February 24, 2011 at the age of 74 years. Harris was born in New York in 1937. He served in the United States Navy. He met Helen following his military service in Barbados and married the love of his life. Shortly after they were blessed with their first child, Sue. The family then moved to Canada where their son Bill was born. Harris loved gardening, and helping friends with gardening projects. He was an award winning gardener in the city of Calgary for many years. They loved travelling and spending time with family. Harris also loved acting, appearing in many commercials, advertisements and movies over the last 20 years. Harris will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Sue, and his sons Bill and David; four granddaughters, Ciara, Kaylin and Kylee; and Melissa. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Helen in October 2010 after 44 years of marriage. At the request of Harris, there will be no service.
