On behalf of the Provincial Archives of Alberta, I wish to send heartfelt condolences to Melvin Ross’s family. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the visits that I had with Melvin and Ethel through the donation of their archives. I hope that it will be of some comfort to know that Melvin’s memory will live on through his amazing films and historic records that are preserved in the Provincial Archives of Alberta. He was a true Alberta pioneer in so many ways.
