Obituary of STANDERWICK – Iola Ellen Lorraine

July 30, 1922 – February 17, 2011 Lorraine Standerwick was received home by Our Lord and Saviour on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the age of 88 years. Lorraine was a loving mother to her four children, Bob (Marilyn), Bill (Jeanette), Beth (Terry Warkentin) and Brian (Tamara). Her memory will be cherished by her sister-in-law Margaret; brother-in-law Tom (Evelyn); fifteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was predeceased by her loving husband Dave and grandson Michael. A Celebration of Lorraine’s Life will be held at Willingdon Church in Burnaby, BC. If friends so desire, memorial tributes can be made directly to Father Lacombe Care Centre, 332 – 146 Avenue S.E. Calgary, AB T2X 2A3. During the last two years, Lorraine has been wonderfully and lovingly cared for by the staff at Father Lacombe Care Centre.
