I instantly recognized Jorgen’s photo in the Herald today. He was one of my favorite patients here at Chinook Optometric Clinic where I am employed as an optician. He was always so pleasant and had a wonderful sense of humour and he made us all laugh! I for sure will miss him and am so very sorry for your loss of such a warm and giving man.
Jorgen was a great man who I shared many good laughs and a few cold beers with over many years. His son Davey is one of my oldest and best friends and through him it was my honour to know “the big man”. He was always warm and kind to me and always made me feel at home in his company – I will really miss him.
