Obituary of BOWES – Dorothy May

September 8, 1915 – February 13, 2011 Dorothy Bowes of Calgary, formerly of Dauphin, MB, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the age of 95 years. Dorothy was raised in Grandview, MB. As a Military bride, she served with her husband Ivan at various locations. After a number of years in Ottawa she retired to Dauphin and then moved to Calgary in 2009. Dorothy is survived by her children, Gerald (Louella), Norman and Iveah (Stephen) Hutchison; grandchildren, Danette (Brent), Todd, Bill (Tamara), Amy, Jenny (Matt), Ryan (Jessica), Shannon and Sarah (Karl); great-grandchildren, Caleb and Jessica, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Ivan Bowes and eleven siblings. A Graveside Service will be held in Grandview, MB in the summer of 2011.
