July 26, 1961 – February 12, 2011 With profound sorrow we announce Tim’s sudden passing in Surrey, BC. He was a beloved son, compassionate husband, proud father, cherished grandson, thoughtful brother, and loyal friend. Tim leaves to mourn his wife and soulmate Radhika; mom and dad Darlene and Bill Stratton; grandmother Hazel Wagner; daughters, Danielle, Katie and Kelly; and sisters, Tracy and Shannon Stratton. Tim was predeceased by his “Gramps” Ronald Wagner; and his father Terrence V.
