Condolences
You were an amazing person and a huge part of my life. I really wish things didn’t have to end this way. You truly are loved by many many people and we all miss you like crazy. Keep smiling up there and take care of us. I’m sorry Aaron .
To Diane’s Family:
My condolences on your loss. I was shocked to hear of Diane’s passing. Many fond memories of playing slow pitch a long time ago. Lost touch and then while watching our daughter play slow pitch in the women’s league, low and behold we heard that unmistakable laugh! Diane as big as life, nothing changed except the passing of the years in between.
Rest well, Diane and say “Hi” to my John.
Your friend Olga

Momma D,
You’re one different Classy Lady and for that I tip my hat off to you with the utmost respect.
Diane had a strange way of meeting people with her laugh and actions. I meet her in a Ball tournament years ago and her actions were hilarious, coming from Diane this was normal for ball (haha).
Momma D, you will be forever missed in our hearts in the baseball community.

Words cannot express my sadness over Di’s passing. We shared many laughs and a few tears during our 37 year friendship. Di really was a unique individual and I will miss her big smile, hugs, infectious laugh and warm friendship.
My heart felt condolences go out to Di’s family, Wayne and friends whose lives were touched by this very special lady.

I have been around Mama D at many ball tournament’s for a number of years and have fond memories and like all of us will miss her unique laugh and great spirit. God Bless
Diane was one of my very favourite people to bless the earth with her presence. She made fabulous chocolates, had an infectious laugh and was my Mum’s best friend as well as my step Dad’s very dear friend. She will be deeply missed. You are all in our thoughts on the loss of your beautiful Mother, sister, stepmother and friend. Diane will be missed by so many! I am standing by the seashore. A ship at my side spreads her white sails to the morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength, and I stand and watch until at last she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the sun and sky come down to mingle with each other. Then someone at my side says, ‘There she goes! Gone where? Gone from my sight – that is all. She is just as large in mast and hull and spar as she was when she left my side and just as able to bear her load of living freight to the places of destination. Her diminished size is in me, not in her. And just at the moment when someone at my side says, ‘There she goes! ‘ , there are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices ready to take up the glad shout : ‘Here she comes!’
We will never forget all the wonderful times we spent with Diane while we lived in Calgary and at our visits at her brother’s home in Pickering, Ontario. An unforgettable laugh and smile – we will all miss her deeply and keep her forever in our hearts. Sincere condolences to the family.
Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
I had such fun working with Diane at CB Engineering a number of years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

We are so very sorry for your loss. She was like a second mother to Matthew and will be missed…
Please accept my heart felt condolences upon hearing of the loss of Diane.
Diane had a way of lighting up any room or place she entered. I had the privilege of working with Diane in the 70’s at RCA, playing ball, bowling league, curling fun tourney. It was always fun…fun is good! Diane loved to have fun and yes, the infectious laugh will always be remembered. Her beautiful legacy will remain in all of those who loved her. Take Care All…
Love Ya Diane! ’til we meet again… Sharon
Mamma D, you were one of a kind, missing you and your laugh and your ball skills and incredible golf swing already!
Condolences to Aaron (Ashley), Gina and family, Phil (Debbie), Simone, Wayne and everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.
To all of Diane’s family including Wayne, I’m so sorry for your loss. Mama D was a great person and ball player and was working hard on her golf game. I feel blessed to be able to call her my friend. She made me laugh every ball game we played. Her life wisdom will be greatly missed as well.
