Obituary of PRITCHARD – Franklyn Victoria

December 31, 1943 – February 1, 2011 It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden death of our dearest Vicky. A beautiful woman, a loving soul, and a true friend, Vicky had a natural energy that people gravitated towards. She touched the lives of everyone she met and had a special place in her heart for all the children in her life. Vicky was an accomplished businesswoman and worked in the insurance industry in Calgary for many years prior to applying her skills to property development in Bergen Springs near Sundre. During Stampede week you would find Vicky at the Palliser Hotel where she volunteered for many years, her smiling and friendly face welcoming the world to Calgary. She was an enthusiastic traveler and expert shopper; her credit cards may now rest in peace while Vicky continues her journey. Vicky will be missed and lovingly remembered by her son Tony, his wife Susie, her grandchildren Cole and Jamie-Lea, father Herbert, sister Eleanor, twin sister Ginny (Cal), sister & best friend Laurie (Joe),her brother Bill (Sue), Aunt Wilda and many treasured friends. Her memory will be cherished by her nieces and nephews as well as her special great nephews Cooper & Chase. Vicky was recently predeceased by her Mother Roberta on January 8, 2011. We feel fortunate to have had you in our lives, Vicky and will keep you in our hearts forever. Please join us for a celebration of Vicky’s life that will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
