Obituary of DANSHIN – Paul

February 27, 1944 – January 10, 2011 Paul Danshin of Calgary, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011 at the age of 66 years. Paul was born in Brilliant, BC and was raised in Grand Forks, BC where he resided until moving to Calgary in 1964. Paul had life long interests in nature exploration and photography. He took great pride helping people and demonstrated this at CPPG, Sears, H&R Block and most recently with the Commissionaires at the Calgary Airport. He was a loyal son, brother and friend. Paul is survived by his mother Mary Danshin; two brothers and one sister, Harry (Elsie), Grace (Norm) Hansen and Tom (Kim); four nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Tammy, Tim and Teena; two aunts, Norma (Bill) Androsoff and Elsie Nevakshonoff; an uncle Walter Lebedoff; as well as numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his father Paul; two nephews, Ken Calhoun and Tyler Danshin; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through .
