Obituary of NEUFELD – Abraham Duane

July 23, 1918 – January 7, 2011 Abraham Neufeld passed away on Friday, January 7, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Abe was born in Sunny Slope, Alberta on July 23rd, 1918. He grew up in a farming community and attended Bible College in Didsbury. He met the love of his life Seitje and they spent 51 wonderful years together raising two sons until her death in Oct 2003. He is fondly remembered for his kindness, generosity, loyalty and love for his family and friends. Abe is reunited with his beloved wife Seitje and is remembered by: two sons and daughters-in-laws Tom and Laurel, Cam and Louise; six grandchildren, Erika, Rebecca, Ethan, Monika, Jacqueline and Natalie. He is also survived by seven brothers and sisters, Sarah, Neil, Ernie, Dan, Hannah, Lois, and Amos. Funeral Services will be held at Springbank Community Church (directly opposite Calaway Park entrance, Telephone: (403) 242-3431) on Thursday, Jan 20th, 2011 at 12 Noon.
