Obituary of ROWND – Gwendolyn Marie

August 21, 1960 – January 1, 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gwen Rownd. She will forever be remembered by her brother Bernie Harrison (wife Lucille); loving sisters, Laura Connolly (husband Ed), and Christine Rownd (husband Alex); and daughters Danielle Rownd and Stephanie Bland, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her, including Frank Unsworth of Hanna. Gwen loved listening to music, drawing and enjoyed spending time with good friends, family, and her many cats and dogs. Special thanks to the caring nurses and staff at Rocky View Hospital ICU for the eleven days they cared for Gwen. A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. All friends and families are invited to attend.
