Don, I am so sorry to hear about Irene. Donna sent me the obituary. Although I did not know you, Bruce spoke very highly of you. He spoke about visiting you both.

Dear Uncle Don, Karen, Greg & Family,

I still remember visiting as a young teen with my family. Kim, Chris, and of course my father, Bruce. This, too, was a time of grief having lost our Mom. Irene was so welcoming (as all of you were). Uncle Don, I sincerely thank you for whatever it was you contributed to helping my Dad have a lighter heart. You, too, deserve this. We will always have fond memories of Irene and Don in the 1980s when they stayed with my mother, Irene’s cousin, in England. Irene’s mother and my Mum’s father were Bryan family siblings in Salford. Irene, rest in peace and rise in glory. Don and family : you are in our thoughts and prayers.
