Obituary of Laurence Isaac BELL

March 24 1927 – December 18, 2010 Laurence Isaac Bell passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on December 18, 2010 with his wife Rhoda by his side. He will be greatly missed by Rhoda. They had a happy marriage and celebrated their sixty first wedding anniversary last August. They enjoyed travelling during these years and had two month long trips to Norway. Laurence was a native Calgarian. He worked many years for the City of Calgary Public Library. He took great pride in his home and gardening. He was a kind and honest man. He was also a helpful neighbour by doing more than his share of snow removal in the winter, weed control in the summer and leaf raking in the fall. In his immediate family he is survived by his son Raymond (Olga); grandsons Colby (Kyler), Davin, Joshua (Angela) and great granddaughter Constance. Laurence was predeceased by his son Kevin this past October.
