Obituary of MITCHELL – Melba Marie

April 13, 1939 – December 11, 2010 So sadly, but with grateful thankfulness that God has chosen to end her suffering, the family announces the death of our dear mother, grandmother and sister on Saturday, December 11, 2010. We truly believe that Melva has joined in peace and joy her beloved late husband Mitch (Ronald Mitchell) in 1988, mother Irene, father Mel, grandparents Mae and Henry Ringheim, Ella and John Bowie and many aunts (we mention in particular her aunt Jean Wilson who she so especially loved), uncles, cousins and friends. Melva leaves to remember and always love her, son Murray (Jill), daughter Tracey; grandchildren Chassidy, Christopher, Curtis (Jasmine) and Ashley (Chad), her sister Jeannie Ringheim and many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends Lois, Norma and Kathy. Reluctantly, the family follows Melva’s adamant request for no funeral service. Cremation has taken place and interment will follow at a later date with her husband Mitch in the Field of Honour at Queen’s Park Cemetery. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
