Obituary of JULLIEN – Helen Marjorie

July 05, 1925 – December 8, 2010 Helen Jullien beloved wife of Albert passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at the age of 85 years. Helen was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan July 5, 1925. In 1944 Helen moved to Calgary where she worked with Calgary Power, during that time she met her “Sweet-Heart” Albert. They were married November 22, 1947. Besides raising a busy family, Helen was very active with Catholic Family Service’s, St. Anthony’s CWL and prior to retirement Helen managed La Boutique. Helen is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Albert and her three children; Albert (Peggy) Jullien, Catherine (David) Swagar, and Carla Jullien. Helen will be missed by her ten grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, sister Marina (Tom) Stevens. Helen was predeceased by her parents, Bill and Bertha Boyes and brother, Bill Boyes. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church (5340 – 4th Street S.W.) on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
