Condolences
Dear Bob and Jane,
I just learned of Cindy’s sudden passing last November. Even though I wasn’t in her life when she died, because of a falling out, I will always cherish the fun memories that we shared together. Cindy was so full of life and love. I will always remember the fun sleepovers we had, watching movies together, and hanging out in the bathroom (and getting in trouble for hanging out in the bathroom) with Cindy in junior high. I will remember her infectious laugh and her bubbly personality always.
I’m sorry for your loss and am deeply sorry that her and I were unable to mend things before her passing last November. I bet she’s a beautiful angel in heaven now, looking down on all of us with love.
Lots of Love,
Leanne Rey
I just learned of the passing of Cindy last night when I looked in the paper at the Memoriam. I was shocked to read it. I went to Menno and talked to Cindy a bit at a Menno Reunion we had 2 or 3 years ago. Please accept my sympathies and heartfelt condolecences. She had a warm heart and a love for animals.
To Jane and Bob, from Angela
When tomorrow starts without me and I’m not there to see;
If the sun should rise and find your eyes
All filled with tears for me;
I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did today.
While I’m thinking of the many things we didn’t get to say.
I know how much you love me, as much as I love you,
And each time you think of me I know you’ll miss me too;
But when tomorrow starts without me,
Please try and understand, that an angel come and called my
Name and took me by the hand
And said my place was ready in Heaven far above,
And that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love.
But as I turned and walked away, a tear fell from my eye,
For all life I’d always thought I didn’t want to die.
I had so much to live for, I had so much to do,
It seemed almost impossible that I was leaving you.
I thought of all the yesterdays, the good ones and the bad,
I thought of all the love we shared and all the fun we had.
If I could relive yesterday, I thought just for a while,
I’d say goodbye and kiss you and maybe see you smile.
So when tomorrow starts without me,
Don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me….
I’m right here in your heart.
Bob, to you and your family;
I was truly taken back by the news of your daughter’s passing and want to express my condolences once again.
