Obituary of HEISLER – Pattie Pat Tellefsen

March 29, 1921 – November 25, 2010 Pat was born March 29, 1921 in Shellbrook, SK, and passed peacefully on November 25, 2010. Pat was an avid golfer and fierce competitor. She was the 1975 Canadian Senior Golf Champion, and numerous Earl Grey, Calgary and Provincial Golf Championships throughout the years. In 2007 Pat was inducted into the Alberta Golf Hall of Fame for her golf career. She instilled a love for the game in her family and friends. She has always been a loving mother to her four children; Jim (Katherine) of Kelowna, BC, Nancy Bolli (Brian) of Toronto, ON, Karen Knight of Windermere, BC, and Lee Moffat (Rob) of Calgary, AB. Pat was blessed with nine grandchildren; Megan, Beth, Sean, Ryan, Riley, Chantry, Crystal, Robbie, and Stuart; and four great-grandchildren; Cameron, Alexa, Ryker, and Zoe. Pat was predeceased in 1990 by her husband of forty-three years, Jack Reid Heisler. Pat’s entire family will lovingly remember her zest for life, her golf prowess, her fun and competitive nature, and especially her fabulous butter tarts and chocolate chip cookies. Pat, we miss you.
