Obituary of MILLER – Doreen Deedie Rachel

October 27, 1911 – November 20, 2010 Deedie passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 having lived several adventurous lives in 99 glorious years. An extraordinary woman with a passion for life and the outdoors, Doreen will be remembered by many as a colourful and prominent personality in the Calgary skiing and hiking community of the fifties, sixties and seventies. She will live in the hearts of her family and many friends to whom she brought so much joy, especially David, her adoring husband of forty years. “I got you, you got me, and forever it will be.” Doreen is survived by her husband, David and his family, her sister Thelma’s children, Peter, Norman and Marion and their families, and by loving cousin Pauline Campbell of Vancouver.
