August 21, 1958 – November 9, 2010 It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Heather Tipper, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter and sister in her home on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at the age of 52 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Shane (Rachael); daughter Kandice (Gary and daughter Katie); grandson Ethan Riley; brother Vern; sisters, Marilyn, Sharon, and Loretta; mother Anne; as well as her dogs, Kailey and Gizmo.
