Dear Eric, Dear Ivan,
The incomprehensible death of Angelika we would like to express our deep sympathy.
We got to know Angela as a valuable human, lovable and full of humor.
The “Alter”-family in Germany was proud of Angela, because she was a part of us.
Dear Eric, we wish you much strength.

I WAS SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT ANGELIKA (ANGIE)
I ENJOYED FLYING WITH ANGIE, CLASSY LADY.
I SEND MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY AND I WILL LIGHT A CANDLE FOR HER THIS WEEKEND. MY PARENTS BOTH DIED AROUND THIS TIME SO I
UNDERSTAND HOW DIFFICULT IT CAN BE THE CLOSER WE GET TO THE HOLIDAYS.
ANGELA GADMER
What a fine human being. Years ago I worked with Angie, a bright beautiful and lovely lady. Far too soon taken from her family, so sorry to hear of your sad loss.

I did not know Angela personally, but I remember her very well from my first days at Air Canada. To me she was a most competent manager, and her professionalism inspired me greatly. She was a very classy lady who left her mark with many of us.
Sincere condolences to her family and friends.

To the family of a truly special and cherished “forever friend.” I am going to miss her so much. I will always remember all our good times and many laughs we shared together. She was such a classy person, not many could equal her. The obituary was so meaningful and certainly described all her wonderful attributes. It really brought it to reality for me. It still seems like a dream.
May your cherished memories of her assist you to recover from such a huge loss and eventually help all of you to carry on. I loved her so dearly.
Warmest condolences,
Lucille Whitney
Dear Eric and family,
On Feb. 11 1968 Angelika and I sat next to each other on an Air Canada flight from Frankfurt to Montreal. It didn’t take us long to find out that we were actually scheduled to attend the same flight attendant training course starting the next day on Feb.12.
Although many years have passed since then and meetings between us have been
too few, I will never forget Angelika.
On the day of our official immigration
to Canada we shared a sense of adventure, excitement and trepidation
about our new future in Canada.
I miss her and I mourn with you.
Sincerely,
Rikki Haraszthy
Dear Eric and family,
There are no words to express the sorrow we feel for you all at this time.
I feel priviliged to have spent a day with you both on Salt Spring…meeting Angie for the first time, (Joe having told me many wonderful stories) sharing my “gruel” with her, enjoying our walks and her famous apple pie.
I am glad Joe was able to be there with you for a short time. You are in our thoughts……Joe and Sandi
My condolences to Angies husband, Eric, her sons and family.
Angie was a great friend. We so enjoyed each others company at the gym
at coffee breaks, luncheons and especially at the Stampede breakfasts
and Brunches. She was such a bright kindred spirit that will be truly missed by all.
Warm thoughts, love and prayers to all.

I had the privilege to work with Angela at Air Canada in Vancouver. She was a warm and compassionate woman. Working with Angela was a joy and I’ve often thought about those days with a smile.
To Angela’s family, I offer you my condolences.

I was very sorry to hear of Angie’s passing. She was my Supervisor at Air Canada in Vancouver. We first met when she was based in Winnipeg. A group of European flight attendants were sent to Winnipeg. I am not sure they had even heard of the place when they were recruited. Angie was always full of laughter but could be serious when she had to be. Never forget what a great and loving person she was.
To her family my thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
