August 27, 1992 – October 21, 2010 With deepest regret and sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, auntie and friend, Kristy Brown of Calgary who passed away suddenly, but peacefully, in her sleep on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the age of 18 years. We still hear your voice, your laugh, still feel your touch, your warmth, still see your face, your smile, your spirit and love surrounds us. Kristy is survived by her loving father Leo Brown, mom Dianna Loftis, stepfather Peter Loftis, sister Susan Brown, brother Billy Brown, sister Kelly Brown and Bruce Keibel (McKenzie, Kiara), sister Tara and Jeff Catherwood (Kaitlyn, Samantha, A.J.) sister Tracy and Jason Smith (Jake, Sadie), sister Cara and Terry Myhr, sister Reesa and Dale Schafers (Clayton, Connor, Courtney), stepbrother Kilian Loftis and stepsister Selina Loftis. She was predeceased by her infant sister Megan and paternal grandparents Bill and Elvie Brown. When the threads that tether us to this world break…hearts do, too.
