Condolences
Dallas was an inspiration about how to fight an unprovoked illness beset upon someone. She found a way to balance medical treatments, with a positive yet accepting attitude. In fact she even found ways to embraced it all (ie. could be a Blonde, Brunette or Red Head any day she felt like it) and incorporated it into continuing to live and experience her daily life the way she wanted to, right to the end.
I believe she was a wonderful human being in all rolls she played and I will fondly remember her.
The Sputnik program lives on up there and no doubt still smiles as she looks down upon us all.
To the family, especially Dave & Amber that I have had the pleasure of meeting, my sincere condolences. Also an apology for this belated posting, but while I did know the end was very near in the fall, I did not find out until thinking to google her name today.
Dallas was the brightest light she could make anyone smile and will be missed by all. Condolences to all the family and friends that she put a smile on there face, Brad S

Hi Amber,
Even though I have never met your sister, I have heard a lot about her from you. She was a brave cancer fighter and she’ll certainly be missed.

I was so very sorry to learn about your loss of Dallas.
I didn’t know her well but have great memories of her in Parksville, Jack & Carol’s 25th, and especially her marriage to Dave. She was always so happy and laughing. She will certainly be missed.
Thinking of you with great sympathy.

I’ve known Dallas for about twelve years; she was a hard and efficent worker and always had time for some humour. She will be missed
Dave.
I am shocked and saddened by your loss.
If there is anything I can do please let me know.

Dallas was one of those special people that always knew just the right gift to give – and the right words of encouragement to say. She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten by those of us whose lives she touched!
May you rest in peace Sweet One.

Hi Dave: Although it’s been a long time since I have seen you, Lauren told me last year of your wife’s illness. I am very sorry to hear of her passing. I know you will have many memories to cherish of your beautiful wife.
Dallas was a wonderful lady whose brilliant smile and personality lit up a room.
You will be deeply missed by your family and good friends from Ogden.
Rest in Peace, Dallas.
Your friend Pat.

Aunty Carol, Uncle Jack and family,
So very, very sorry to hear about Dallas. I’m so glad I got to meet and spend some time with her along Electric Avenue during Stampede, and during your 25th anniversary!
I also remember meeting her for the first time in Parksville, many, many years ago – I think we built sand castles together…
Thinking of you during this very difficult time…
Love Sheri & Gene

We were so sorry to hear about Dallas. I still remember when I first met Dallas as a young lady during my stay with you many many years ago.
All of our thoughts go out to you during this difficult time.

Dallas .. was a Joy to be with and had a zest for life. She enjoyed life and lived for the moment.
I will miss her but will always remember the time we had together when I went to visit my family in Calgary
