Obituary of ROSENEDER – Marjorie Mary

October 19, 1920 – October 5, 2010 Marjorie, beloved wife of Bob for sixty-four years, passed away on October 5, 2010 at the age of 89 years. Born on the family farm near Carstairs, AB she was the daughter of Robert and Alice MacDonald. She met Bob while he was in the RAAF, training in Calgary during World War II. After the war, she traveled to Australia and married Bob in Brisbane on February 20, 1946. They returned to Calgary in 1951. Marjorie is survived by her loving husband, Bob; her daughters and son-in-law, Jan (of Calgary), Sandra and David Newhouse of Hagen, SK., her sons and daughters-in-law Richard Roseneder and Sybille Keller, Gregory and Margaret Roseneder, all of Calgary; seven grandchildren, Sarah Newhouse, (Adelaide, Australia), Jeffrey and Olivia Newhouse of Hamilton, ON., Timothy Newhouse, Saskatoon, SK., Mark and Amy Roseneder, Scott Roseneder, Angela and Mason Roseneder all of Calgary; four great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Hazel Rinke, Doreen Sjoberg and Anne O’Bray. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers, at St. Peters Church, (541 Silvergrove Drive N.W.) on Friday October 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be concelebrated at St. Peter’s Church on Saturday October 9, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. You may forward condolences through .
