Obituary of TAYLOR – Katthy

April 28, 1938 – September 28, 2010 Katthy passed away quietly, surrounded by her children. Katthy was born in Arhuus, Denmark and immigrated to Canada with her family in 1951. Throughout her life, Katthy gave her time selflessly to help others. She volunteered with the Junior League, Rotary Ann’s, the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics and the Variety Club of Nations. Katthy’s devotion to others and her desire to always put the needs of others before her own will be remembered forever. She was a special woman with an enormous heart who was dearly loved by those she was close to. Katthy’s passing is felt in the hearts of her children and their partners: David and Jackie, Cameron and Siobhan and Christina and Matthew, and her grandchildren: Cameron and Sarah. She was predeceased by her father Gilbert, mother Edith and sister Annette. The family would like to offer their heartfelt gratitude to Wanda and all the caregivers who opened their lives and provided Katthy with love and caring over the years.
