Obituary of MITCHELL – Kenneth Matthew George

April 15, 1931 – September 18, 2010 On Saturday, September 18, 2010, Marvella’s beloved husband of 59 years went home to be with his Lord surrounded by his family. Ken was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a successful entrepreneur, loved his card games, crossword puzzles and television. Ken’s family and faith were his greatest joys. Ken will be lovingly remembered by his wife Marv; his children Russell, Roger, Karen, Rick, Kathy (Garry), Kimberley (John), Karalee (Alan), Karla (Mike), Krista (Chris); fourteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Ken is also survived by his sister Frances (Fern); by his brothers and sisters in-law whom he dearly loved. Numerous friends and families will miss him as well. Ken was predeceased by his son Randy, his parents, Marvella’s parents and two brothers.
