Obituary of JASKELA – Linda Fae

May 5, 1946 – September 17, 2010 After eight and a half years of courageously fighting breast cancer, Linda peacefully passed away at the age of 64 years on Friday, September 17, 2010 surrounded by her immediate family. Her name meant “beautiful” and her beauty shone through in her love, her personality, generosity and caring spirit. Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband and best friend of 44 years, Ray; her three daughters, Shannon (John), Shawnna (Darren), and Dawn (Jason); and her four grandsons, Jaylon, Joel, Andrew and Michael, who were the pride and joy of her life. Her step-grandchildren, Adam and Ashley, will also greatly miss her. The family extends their sincere appreciation to the outstanding compassionate care from the doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers of the Palliative Intensive Care Unit at the Tom Baker Cancer Center.
