Obituary of VEALE – James Ross

August 11, 1945 – September 11, 2010 Jim Veale of Calgary passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the age of 65 years at the Foothills Hospital with his loving wife by his side. Jim is survived by his wife of twenty-three years, Carol; his mother Iola Veale; his siblings, Nancy McKague, Gordon Veale, Jeannie Veale and Freda Veale (Craig) and their families; mother-in-law Christina Schuh; in-laws, Robert Schuh (Ellen), Bernadette Schuh, Norbert Schuh (Cathi), Douglas Schuh (Elaine), David Schuh (Janine) and Paul Schuh and their families. Jim was born in Lindsay, Ontario and moved to Calgary in the early seventies. He worked for Canada Safeway for thirty-two years, retiring in 2006. Jim loved golfing at Redwood Meadows Golf and Country Club where he has been a member since 1989. Jim enjoyed life and had many, many friends. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by everyone that knew him.
