Obituary of SPRING – Evelyn Ruth

July 25, 1931 – August 25, 2010 Evelyn Spring passed away peacefully with family at her side on Wednesday August 25, 2010. Evelyn was born at home on July 25, 1931 and raised at 229 3rd Avenue S.E., Calgary, Alberta. She loved spending her summers at Duck Lake, Montana, whether it was fishing, sun tanning or enjoying the company around the campfire. She had a zest for life. Evelyn is survived by her three children; Darryl Spring (Jo-Ann), Sherry Francis (Marty), and Ronnie Spring (Nikole), grandchildren; Jennifer (Dustin), Graysen and Tanaya, great grandchildren; Riley and Kaydence. Evelyn is also survived by her brothers Victor Dipalo (Grace), Alfred Dipalo (Trudy), and sister in law Laura Dipalo, along with many nieces, nephews and extended family. Evelyn was predeceased by her loving husband Raymond Spring in 1990, sisters Rose Benedict, Irene Mikulak, brothers John Dipalo Sr. and Raymond Dipalo. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Canadian Martyrs Catholic Church (835 Northmount Drive N.W.) on Wednesday, September 01, 2010 at 11:00 am.
