Condolences
Dear Debbie – I just learned from Al Frazer last night that Neil had passed. I am shocked, and so sorry I wasn’t at his memorial. Neil was a great guy, and even though I didn’t see him much in recent years, we were friends for life- he was always so fun loving and full of life! Mary and I are really saddened to hear of his death – our thoughts are with you. Michael and Mary Dunkley
Dear Debbie and all of the Parker family:
We are so sorry to hear about Neil’s passing. The family has been so kind to us over the years and I only wish Kristen could have gotten to know her Uncle better, and look forward to seeing the rest of the family again soon.
Neil was a well respected customer and a vendor for us. We always enjoyed his company and it lifted our spirits whenever he came in to do business. He always had a positive attitude.
Brent and Family:
Sorry to hear about the passing of your brother. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

With deepst sympathy for Dean, his family and all of Neil’s family and friends:
This is one of those most difficult moments for all of those whom had been touched by Neil–although many years have passed, Neil is still a bright light that shines in my memories of much younger years with fond and good memories — I’m so sorry we did not have those last moments to say our good byes and loving support in July at Mrs. Parker’s 90th birthday celebration. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this most difficult time.
Sincerely,
Cheryl (nee Barnes) Halmo

To the Parker Family: My deepest condolences to all of Neils family. While it has been many years since I have seen Neil he was always nice (and handsome) to the pesky Stout girls during our visits & sleepovers in Mt. Pleasant. He was good at moving piles of newspapers out of the way to make room for another body and if you did not want to drink warm cows milk he’d do it for you. Neil was a favourite of Glenna’s and she’ll be there to greet him on the other side.
To the Brantford clan.. Loosing a vibrant brother & son too soon just sucks, Be good to one another and cherish the great stuff.
Sincerely, Beth
Debbie, Dean & Cindy & Families:

Dear Debbie & Family:
Very sad to hear about Neil, all my thoughts and prayers are with you. I can still picture Neil working on cars and dune buggies in the famous “Parker Garage”. Always smiling when he was covered in grease and ready to drop everything he was doing to help anyone out. Rest in Peace my friend, you were a great man.

We were saddened to read the news of the passing of your dearly beloved, Neil. Our thoughts are with you all at this time of sorrow. In the days ahead, may you find some small comfort in your many happy memories.
Dear Debbie & Parker Families.
Saddened to hear the news of Neil’s passing. I feel blessed to have spent a litte time with Neil and your families while you were in Mt. Pleasant. I know Neil will be missed but what a fine example of a good man he was. I can’t remember a time when he had negative thought. It has been over 1/2 of our lifetime since we hung out played and even Boxed with each other in the famous Parker Garage in Mt. Pleasant but still I wouldn’t trade the memories or the friends we had for anything. Rest in Peace my Friend. Truly, Chris Devlin
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sorrow. May happy memories replace the sadness in your hearts.
Peace, Prayers and Blessings
Robert, Suzanne and family.
I am so sorry to hear about Neil’s passing. Although it has been years since I saw him, I have very fond memories of him and Dean, following Patti, Colleen and I around the survey when we were kids. My condolences go out to the entire family.
