Obituary of LEE – Reta Fern

March 13, 1912 – August 2, 2010 Reta Lee (nee Garton) of Calgary passed away peacefully on Monday, August 2, 2010 at the age of 98 years. Reta was married to Ivan Lee for sixty-nine years until his death in 2002. Reta will be missed by her four daughters and three sons-in-law, Enid (Neil) Arnell, Joan (Roger) Huot, Laura Webb (Warren Barritt), and Donna McKay, all of Calgary. Reta will also be missed by her eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; brother-in-law Henry Lee and his wife Pauline; and Reta’s sister-in-law Murene Garton, all of Lloydminster, AB. Reta is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Reta was predeceased by her husband Ivan in 2002; her son-in-law Bill McKay in 2009; and her infant grandson Robin Matthew Webb in 1976. Funeral Services will be held at St. Barnabas’ Anglican Church (1407 – 7th Avenue N.W.) on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
