Condolences
Dear Jim and family:
I was deeply saddened when I heard of Mike’s passing. The last time I spoke with him was at a Camp Chief Hector reunion a number of years ago. Mike was one of my favorite guys and I will always remember him for his involvement in the Y camp and his music.

I’m saddened to hear of Mike’s passing. I’m glad I had the opportunity to go see him in May. Mike was a great friend, mentor, and musical partner in high school, college, and at U of C. I joined his team in the construction phase of Mac Hall. Although we have not kept in touch a great deal lately, I will always remember those times with fondness and gratefulness of the camraderie we shared.

Jim and family,
It was with profound sadness that I read of Mike’s passing. While I had not seen him for many years, he was a fixture in all of our lives at Wise Wood. I can still see him with Gerry and Stu making their music; and the Love family parties. He treated all with kindness and respect. His will truly be a soul that is missed. Thinking of you all. Lynda
It is truly sad to hear of the loss of Mike. I always saw him as gentle and genuine and enjoyed interacting with him.
May God grant you peace during your time of sorrow.
Rudi

My condolences to the Love family on the loss of Mike. I knew Mike many years ago in high school when we were kids at Wise Wood.. had a lot of laughs, enjoyed some time with the Love’s back then. Although I had lost touch with Mike, today I thought back fondly on some of the humor, the banjo playing, and the rest.
May he rest in peace, and my sincere wishes to you all to help you heal from this loss.
Very sorry yo hear about the passing of Mike …. sincere condolences and best wishes to the family from Douggie in Victoria.

Although I have not seen Mike for many years, our friendship goes back to high school years.
Especially remembered will be the wonderful, fun filled summers at Totem Pole Resort shared with the Love Family.
We loved those Family Talent Nights with Mike and Co. playing guitars and singing. And the Tennis Tournaments could rival Wimbledon!
With sincere sympathy to the Love Family; my thoughts are with you.
Brenda
